
About the Role
Homebound Residential Care is looking for people to fill the important role of Case Manager.
The selected Case Manager will work with a limited caseload (5 youths ages 13-17) doing
socially and clinically focused case management services, including treatment plans, safety
planning, functional analysis, and supportive group and individual supervision.
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, between 8:00A.M. to
8:00 p.m., flexible on the candidates availability.
Rare evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Duties.
Develop individualized, strengths-based, youth-driven treatment plans on a set
treatment planning schedule
Teaches life skills, job readiness or other subject matter individually and/or in
groups, often experientially
Supports participant success in key domains such as safe and stable housing,
permanent connections to supportive adults, education and employment, health
and well-being, and life skills.
Follow mandated reporter requirements by documenting incidents and calling CPS.
Follow-up on CPS and non-CPS incidents.
Support Homebound Residential Care’s commitment to create a culture of equity,
diversity and inclusion and maintain a high level of commitment to ensuring racial
equity in the program. Participates in weekly supportive group and individual supervision sessions with
supervisor and team.
Build strong relationships with program participants to effectively provide quality
services Maintains clear, professional, timely participant contact notes, service plans,
progress updates, outcomes, and other documentation in designated databases
Coordinate and administer services for individual children and
youth served by Homebound Residential Care.
Teams effectively and collaboratively with DCYF staff and/or community partners to
plan and facilitate activities, including visits to related resources in the community
Researches best practices in field; creates and maintains specialized resource library
5. Benefits
Employer will pay a combined total of up to 50% or $100, whichever is cheaper of Health and Dental insurance Premiums.
Employer will pay a flat rate of $50 per month to an employee's Roth IRA or other Investment vehicle, that is owned by for and by the employee.
Paid training & testing:
Employee will reimburse Prospective Employee's Right Response training within 3 months of employment.
Pay Scale:
$26-30/hr DOE

Requirements
1. Education and Related Experience
A master's degree from an accredited college or university;
OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social
work, or a closely related field;
OR Four years' full-time work experience directly working with, managing, or
overseeing vulnerable populations in a related field.
2. Specific Experience
Two years or more of related work experience, with proven experience in
working with youth and young adults in employment, foster care, group care,
housing, education, juvenile justice, anti-poverty, vocational support, mental
health, chemical dependency, and/or homelessness services fields
3. Skills
Strong youth engagement and relationship building skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with and knowledge of youth behavior management and child abuse
prevention
Ability to transport self and client(s) in a safe and effective manner, and to meet
clients at community locations; proof of adequate vehicle insurance coverage is
required, or ability to travel to areas without public transportation
Prefer knowledge of and previous experience with diverse populations
(language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.).
Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful
Life experience with youth or persons in foster care, poverty, child welfare,
homelessness, behavioral health, or youth violence and a desire to use that
experience to improve the lives of others,

Homebound Residential Care LLC, provide Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) to WA state
foster youth ages 13-17. Homebound is dedicated to working with the state and creating a
bright future for youths facing behavioral and social difficulties. We bring on dedicated and
